Kelsey Pederson
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Accepting clients in January)
Kelsey Pederson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in Oregon and California. She is a wife, mother, animal lover, former collegiate swimmer, comedy enthusiast, and former wilderness guide. Kelsey values courage, belonging, social justice, and faith, which are reflected in her personal and professional life.
With over a decade of experience, Kelsey has worked in a variety of settings, including wilderness and transitional living treatment programs, a college student health center, the Department of Human Services Child Welfare, private practice, and as a clinical supervisor for a nonprofit organization. She supports youth, adults, and families in navigating their unique journeys toward healing and growth.
Kelsey believes that every individual desires to be fully known and accepted for who they are. She approaches her work with the conviction that everyone has inherent value and deserves dignity, respect, and kindness. Her practice is rooted in the understanding that individuals are deeply influenced by their environments and life experiences.
By working collaboratively with clients, Kelsey helps them identify obstacles, strengths, support systems, and goals. She is passionate about building authentic relationships and fostering shalom—wholeness, harmony, and peace. Recognizing the courage it takes to be vulnerable and pursue growth, Kelsey partners with her clients to practice vulnerability and courage as they work toward meaningful change. She considers it an honor to be a part of her clients' journeys.
