Madhavi Baiju, Professional Counselor Associate
Madhavi Baiju is a Professional Counselor Associate. She is a relational-cultural and person-centered counselor who aims to work with people from all walks of life. She believes that growth and change comes from one's connection to themselves, others, and their environment. Madhavi is LGBTQIAS2+ affirming and brings a multicultural lens to her counseling session. Madhavi aims to assist her clients as they work towards personal growth and fulfillment.
Michael Caylor, Counseling Intern
Michael Caylor is a final-year Master's student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University, completing his practicum and internship at MRCC. He uses unconditional positive regard and empathy to help clients address anxiety, depression, and trauma. Michael is particularly interested in working with adolescents and young adults. As a counseling intern, he offers services to uninsured and underinsured individuals.
Andrew Geller, Professional Counselor Associate
Andrew Geller is a professional counselor associate. His primary goal is to encourage his clients to identify their own strengths, resiliency, and ability to tackle life’s challenges head-on. Andrew’s clinical approach is informed by Mindfulness-based therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jungian Psychoanalysis, Eastern principles and philosophy, and Narrative Theory. He received certification in 2020 for teaching yoga and meditation. He works primarily with individual clients (ages 18+).
Kelsey Pederson, LCSW
Kelsey Pederson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon and California, brings over a decade of experience supporting youth, adults, and families in their journeys toward healing and growth. With a diverse background that includes wilderness therapy, transitional living programs, child welfare, private practice, and clinical supervision, she approaches her work with a deep commitment to courage, belonging, social justice, and faith. Kelsey believes in the inherent value of every individual and fosters relationships rooted in dignity, respect, and kindness.
Ami is completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at OSU Cascades and will begin her internship this June.
With a background in theater education and as a mother of three, she brings diverse perspectives to her work. Using a person-centered approach and unconditional positive regard, she helps clients explore their strengths, challenges, and personal growth. Ami offers pro bono and reduced-fee therapy for uninsured and underinsured individuals.
Ami Formica, Counseling Intern
Dr. Edward Ewe, LPC, Approved Clinical Supervisor, Owner
Edward Ewe is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Oregon), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Washington), a National Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervision in both Oregon and Washington. As a trained EFT therapist, he works with couples and individuals dealing with grief and loss, life transitions, stress management, and relational issues.
